Shipping and Sales Tax
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Indiana, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Indiana, US.
What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for
an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may
take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products
from the warehouse in the first place. Please contact us
with questions about shipping options.
What if I want to return something?
You can
return any item. You MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number from us and write it on the outside of the return package. Please contact us to get a Return Authorization Number by calling us Shipping cost are not refundable (either direction) Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original
materials and packing. |
